shipping times
In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 1-5 business days depending on your location. Please note that your order may experience delays due to promotional events or holidays.
To check the status of your order, simply go to your emailed shipping confirmation and click the tracking number.
STANDARD SHIPPING (U.S.)
We primarily ship U.S. orders through USPS; some items could ship through different carriers depending on the size and weight of the order and items ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.
RETURNS
If you've decided you don't like what you ordered, no problem. In order to return your item, contact us with your order number, name, and email address. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print your return shipping label, then drop off your package at an eligible location. You will receive a full refund for your item(s).
